If you would like to cancel a placed order, you need to contact us within 24 hours, via one of the below channels.
For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days from accepting the return.
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a faulty item).
